About us
Meet Proserve Zambia
We help people and organisations reach further — guiding Zambian students toward international education, and delivering technology that helps organisations grow.
Who we are
Education guidance and technology, under one roof
Proserve Zambia brings together two specialist divisions with a shared purpose: opening doors to opportunity.
Our education team supports students and families through the decisions and paperwork involved in studying abroad — from choosing a destination and university to applications, scholarships, visas and pre-departure preparation.
Our technology team helps businesses, institutions, NGOs and entrepreneurs build websites, software and automation that make them more effective.

What guides our work
Five commitments shape how we advise students, serve clients and work together.
Integrity
Honest advice, transparent processes and no promises we can't keep — even when that means saying "not yet".
Opportunity
We exist to widen the options available to the people and organisations we work with.
Innovation
We look for smarter, simpler ways to solve problems — in education and technology.
Excellence
Careful, high-quality work, delivered with attention to detail at every step.
Student-Centred Support
Every recommendation starts with the student's goals, circumstances and wellbeing.
